HK Rosengård's supporters rose to their feet, but Vilhelm Duset was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ivar Söderquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vilhelm Duset was the one to do the kick off. A very good chance. After some careless play in the OLW Bk defense, Joel Mårtensson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ivar Söderquist. The OLW Bk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ivar Söderquist should have stopped the shot. 93 minutes into the game, Andreas Möllgren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-3. Sixten Lund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the referee ended the match the HK Rosengård players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
