The goalkeeper, Ingvar Alefors, was totally fooled by Sorsele's Wilhelm Mårtensson, who 57 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 59th match minute, Championer & Meloner was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Ahlerot to maneuver through the defense. When Fabian Ivarsson came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Sorsele fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fabian Ivarsson couldn't finish the play. After having played for 71 minutes, Fabian Ivarsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sorsele's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabian Ivarsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabian Ivarsson in the 72nd minute of play forced Championer & Meloner's goalkeeper Ingvar Alefors to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 74 minutes into the match, Championer & Meloner's goal looked a bit too open when Fabian Ivarsson came free, but Ingvar Alefors reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Championer & Meloner got a freekick which was hit by Kjell-Arne Bollström. The supporters of Championer & Meloner booed when Sorsele was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pål Nordstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anders Bennet in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ingvar Flinck saved Sorsele from getting behind. Championer & Meloner's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Fabian Ivarsson scored to the left of an out of position Ingvar Alefors, making the score, 1-2. Birger Blomquist could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Ingvar Alefors made a huge save. Kjell-Arne Bollström charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell-Arne Bollström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Championer & Meloner's Kjell-Arne Bollström got a free kick in the 90th minute. Ingvar Alefors took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Ivarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 99 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Championer & Meloner! When the final whistle sounded Sorsele left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Championer & Meloner.
