Spectators: 7199 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 0) 4 minutes into the match, Linghed's goal looked a bit too open when Martin Lund came free, but Peter Hormaza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 6th minute, Gunnar Ahlgren left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC BARCLONA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Henry Botvidsson during the 9th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Henry Botvidsson hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Sven Vedholm had several of the FC BARCLONA's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 11 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Holger Pilgren as he didn't even see the shot coming. Holger Pilgren made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Inge Björkman sent off a good shot on target. 16 minutes into the game, Henry Botvidsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Holger Pilgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Holger Pilgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingvar Holmgren in the 20th minute of the match. Holger Pilgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Billvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes into the game, Henry Botvidsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Holger Pilgren. Henry Botvidsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. Holger Pilgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven Vedholm in the 29th minute of the match. FC BARCLONA's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Sven Vedholm 31 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 4-1. In the 38th minute, Sven Vedholm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Holger Pilgren. The goal made the score 5-1. 6-1 became the score in the 41st minute when Sven Vedholm elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Joakim Bergman made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Henry Botvidsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Linghed's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Botvidsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Holger Pilgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 65 minutes, Sven Vedholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linghed's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Vedholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Henry Botvidsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Holger Pilgren read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. Henry Botvidsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Holger Pilgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven Vedholm in the 69th minute of play forced FC BARCLONA's goalkeeper Holger Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Holger Pilgren didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sven Vedholm went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Sven Vedholm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Holger Pilgren was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Wilhelm Säfström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Linghed fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. Linghed made a substitution. Edwin Sundström replaced Dan Blom. Linghed's Konrad Olsson was substituted for Rune Pihl. Sven Vedholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Holger Pilgren having to make a save. After having played for 87 minutes, Sven Vedholm managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Linghed's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven Vedholm was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
