Spectators: 6722 (Terracing: 5050, Seating: 1670, VIP seats: 2) Henning Liljeström came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Hammarby's Torgny Ivarsson. But to his dismay, Torgny Ivarsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. With a little luck, Hammarby's Krister Lundqvist got control of the ball when Kurt Albohm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kurt Albohm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25thth minute of the game Per-Olof Kruuse who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hammarby's Krister Lundqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Roy Håning received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Henning Liljeström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henning Liljeström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torgny Ivarsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 31st match minute, Hasselfors BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Kling to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roy Håning during the 32nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Per-Olof Kruuse recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Hammarby's Roy Håning sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Henning Liljeström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When David Mårtensson fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hasselfors BF's protests and gave David Mårtensson a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hasselfors BF getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. David Mårtensson hit a great ball. The Hasselfors BF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Hammarby were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Roy Håning made a kick off. If Roy Håning had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Henning Liljeström managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Hammarby's Torgny Ivarsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. With a little luck, Hasselfors BF's Henning Liljeström got control of the ball when Torgny Ivarsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Mårtensson was shown his second yellow card after 57 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 60 minutes into the game, Roy Håning lined in a short shot 0-3 behind a frustrated Henning Liljeström. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Roy Håning managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hammarby's supporters rose to their feet, but Roy Håning was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Henning Liljeström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Henning Liljeström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roy Håning in the 76th minute of play. Örjan Eliasson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Krister Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kurt Albohm, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. If Kurt Albohm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Roy Håning's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henning Liljeström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. Torgny Ivarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Henning Liljeström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Hasselfors BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hammarby's performance. The match ended with a win for Hammarby.
