Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5436, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Kåre Samuelsson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nils Ahlroht made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Samuelsson in the 3rd minute of play. Torgny Myhr charged in rather forcefully in the 5th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Torgny Myhr the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Torgny Myhr hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. The supporters of DEATH MAGNETIC booed when l was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 6 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Rolfsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 7th minute, Frans Larsson sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and l's Nils Ahlroht didn't even have to move. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per-Olof Boklund in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Michael Bäck saved DEATH MAGNETIC from getting behind. If Kåre Samuelsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. l's Nils Ahlroht played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kåre Samuelsson in the 20th minute of play. Nils Ahlroht made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wictor Sävström in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, l's Jonatan Håkansson got a free kick in the 31st minute. DEATH MAGNETIC's Michael Bäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Boklund in the 38th minute of play. Rikard Sundberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Michael Bäck. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rikard Sundberg ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 44th minute Kåre Samuelsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Ahlroht saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torgny Myhr got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 46 played minutes l got a freekick which was hit by Torgny Myhr. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rikard Sundberg to strike the kick off in the second half. Kåre Samuelsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wictor Sävström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Nils Ahlroht tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 62nd minute, Per-Olof Boklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Måns Karlsson in the 67th minute of play forced l's goalkeeper Nils Ahlroht to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rikard Sundberg got free with Michael Bäck in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Rikard Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. l's supporters rose to their feet, but Rikard Sundberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Michael Bäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After recieving a nice pass, l's Kenny Lund tried to score from far away in the 77th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Kåre Samuelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sven Rolfsson during the 81st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 81st match minute, l was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sven Rolfsson to maneuver through the defense. Per-Olof Boklund charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Per-Olof Boklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to l getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Per-Olof Boklund hit a great ball. The supporters of DEATH MAGNETIC booed when l was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Per-Olof Boklund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Per-Olof Boklund got his second yellow card in the match during the 86th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Per-Olof Boklund hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Nils Ahlroht came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by DEATH MAGNETIC's Kåre Samuelsson. But to his dismay, Kåre Samuelsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Egil Algren kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the match, Wictor Sävström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nils Ahlroht. l's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wictor Sävström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DEATH MAGNETIC had won after a very even match.
