The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Edwin Sefastsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kennet Salqvist having to interfere. Kennet Salqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edwin Sefastsson in the 11th minute of the match. In the 14th minute, Patrick Låsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 15th minute of the match Hampus Kvick shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kennet Salqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Fortet getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Kristoffer Häll hit a great ball. If Simon Dahlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolf Ennegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rolf Ennegren in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gilbert Strömqvist saved Konga from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edwin Sefastsson in the 28th minute of play forced Fortet's goalkeeper Kennet Salqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kennet Salqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Åkerström in the 30th minute of the match. Sten Åkerström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jon Salqvist during the 40th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sten Åkerström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Simon Dahlberg in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilbert Strömqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kennet Salqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Åkerström in the 74th minute of play. Sten Åkerström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Kennet Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simon Dahlberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute.
