Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Georg Nyström started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Flen booed when Älgens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magnus Häll didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonas Hökkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sebastian Lundblad having to interfere. Flen's Jens-Åke Påk got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 15th minute, Jonas Hökkvist fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The supporters of Älgens BK booed when Flen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Inge Bank didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Älgens BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tage Näfver to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Georg Nyström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tage Näfver's late challenge caught a Flen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tage Näfver helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Flen booed when Älgens BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tage Näfver didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Georg Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Älgens BK's supporters rose to their feet, but Georg Nyström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sebastian Lundblad breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Georg Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Flen defense, Tage Näfver kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sebastian Lundblad. The Flen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sebastian Lundblad should have stopped the shot. In the 36th minute, Tage Näfver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 38th minute, Älgens BK's Georg Nyström ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastian Lundblad. Sebastian Lundblad yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. In the 42nd minute, Älgens BK's Georg Nyström dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Georg Nyström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Inge Bank made the kick off in the second half. When Älgens BK's Georg Nyström in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flen's goalie prevented a goal. If Georg Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonas Hökkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 60th minute, Georg Nyström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonas Hökkvist in the 62nd minute of play forced Flen's goalkeeper Sebastian Lundblad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flen's Sebastian Lundblad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Nyström in the 63rd minute of play. If Tage Näfver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 69 minutes of play, Älgens BK's Tage Näfver made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastian Lundblad was left in no man's land by his defense there! Georg Nyström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sebastian Lundblad read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Flen's zone, Georg Nyström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastian Lundblad came out of the goal and Georg Nyström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georg Nyström scored 5-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sebastian Lundblad, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Georg Nyström might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastian Lundblad. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Georg Nyström ran back to his position shaking his head. A nice corner shot did that Georg Nyström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sebastian Lundblad quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Älgens BK walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
