The attack was good, but when Christoffer Ödmann in the 2nd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Linus Benett stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Christoffer Ödmann's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. If Christoffer Ödmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stråssa's Linus Benett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Stråssa from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Svartsjö's zone, Ulf Rosen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sune Flinck came out of the goal and Ulf Rosen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Svartsjö's Sune Flinck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulf Rosen in the 20th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, Ulf Rosen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sune Flinck. Svartsjö's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ulf Rosen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Christoffer Ödmann succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-1. A collision led to Stråssa getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Bo-Erik Säfström hit a great ball. Jörgen Lind, 30 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Måns Johnsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 55thth minute tested the skills of Sune Flinck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 61 minutes, Henry Sörman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stråssa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Henry Sörman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stråssa's supporters rose to their feet, but Måns Johnsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sune Flinck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Jan-Erik Kvarnström fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Svartsjö's protests and gave Jan-Erik Kvarnström a yellow card for diving instead. In the 76th match minute, Svartsjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan-Erik Kvarnström to maneuver through the defense. After 77 minutes of play, Stråssa's Måns Johnsson made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sune Flinck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Måns Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Flinck having to interfere. After taking down the ball on Stråssa's corner Calle Lindkvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sune Flinck quite easily take care of the ball. Ulf Rosen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stråssa's Linus Benett played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Biörkman in the 96th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Stråssa walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
