Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Backman in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tom Uggstedt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience thought a goal was coming when Christoffer Pilgren got free with Per-Olof Molander in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Bergström in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Molander saved BK Garphyttan from getting behind. Johan Bergström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Per-Olof Molander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulrik Ahlfors scored 0-2 in the 48th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tom Uggstedt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After a rather tough play, Kolsva's Per-Olof Broberg got a free kick in the 54th minute. 61 minutes into the match, BK Garphyttan's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Bergström came free, but Per-Olof Molander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kolsva booed when BK Garphyttan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kaj Johnsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. BK Garphyttan's Per-Olof Molander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Pilgren in the 79th minute of play. Johan Bergström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Per-Olof Molander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Backman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Tom Uggstedt made a huge save. Tom Uggstedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulrik Ahlfors, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Kolsva supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching BK Garphyttan's performance. The match ended with a win for BK Garphyttan.
