Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Hoting's Ola Jönsätt started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Tommy Kjellman kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ola Jönsätt blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ove Vesterberg having to make a save. Henning Biörkquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bengt Kollberg having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ola Jönsätt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ove Vesterberg was relentless in the 16th minute of the game. Hoting's Bengt Kollberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Forssberg in the 17th minute of play. Ragnar Duset sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 23 minutes into the match, Hamrångefjärden BF's Dan Forssberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bengt Kollberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th match minute, Hamrångefjärden BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erland Westerstrand to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, one of Hoting:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Hoting. In the 34th minute there was a penalty for Hamrångefjärden BF. Per-Oskar Karlsson stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Bengt Kollberg. 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ola Jönsätt got free with Ove Vesterberg in the 38th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Ola Jönsätt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoting's supporters rose to their feet, but Ola Jönsätt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Vesterberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

The wind increased when Henning Biörkquist made the kick off in the second half. Bengt Kollberg came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Hamrångefjärden BF's Dan Forssberg. But to his dismay, Dan Forssberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Bengt Kollberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erland Westerstrand in the 62nd minute of play. Ove Vesterberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ola Jönsätt's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Arvid Ekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hoting's supporters rose to their feet, but Arvid Ekberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ove Vesterberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt Kollberg was a little too slow when Henning Biörkquist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 0-3. Ove Vesterberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Jönsätt in the 79th minute of the match. After 87 minutes, Erland Westerstrand mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hamrångefjärden BF and the Hoting players grew even worse after the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ove Vesterberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Ronny Uggla in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Hoting's Morgan Samuelsson. In the 97th minute of the match Hamrångefjärden BF got a corner. Hoting's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Per-Oskar Karlsson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Hamrångefjärden BF's Per-Oskar Karlsson to fire away a dangerous shot which Bengt Kollberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henning Biörkquist in the 98th minute of play forced Hoting's goalkeeper Bengt Kollberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Hamrångefjärden BF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
