Anton Granberg scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kjell Hansson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kjell Hansson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anton Granberg's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Vallin in the 16th minute of play forced Ålsta BK's goalkeeper Elliot Palmkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Granberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Patric Cane's late challenge caught a Ålsta BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patric Cane helped the player get up and apologised. Stig-Ove Fransson struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Ture Åkerman took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kjell Hansson. Kjell Hansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 39th minute, Ture Åkerman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kjell Hansson was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Anton Granberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lövånger's Kjell Hansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Brodin in the 47th minute of play. In the 48thth minute of the game Anton Granberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lövånger's Kjell Hansson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Per-Åke Vallin made a kick off. Per-Åke Vallin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Elliot Palmkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. In the 58th minute, Börge Martinsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sivert Hedin kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Alvin Lund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Elliot Palmkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rikard Andersson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ålsta BK's Elliot Palmkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tommy Eklund in the 78th minute of play. Ålsta BK's Lars Lindman got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Ture Åkerman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ålsta BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Anton Granberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Ålsta BK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Lövånger.
