An unexpectedly hard shot by Kurt Bergsten in the 26th minute of play forced Stocka ladugårdspojkar's goalkeeper Samuel Uggla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Georg Larsfelt during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, Stocka ladugårdspojkar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Georg Larsfelt to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and August Pihl made a kick off. A hard shot 52 in the game by August Pihl from a close distance when the talented Samuel Uggla managed to make a qualified save. Stocka ladugårdspojkar's players were relieved. After 58 minutes, Melker Bäckman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Matte United and the Stocka ladugårdspojkar players grew even worse after the yellow card. 58 minutes into the game, one of Matte United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Samuel Uggla was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Lars-Erik Fagrell. August Pihl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Samuel Uggla having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Kurt Bergsten recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Samuel Uggla. Kurt Bergsten showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. If Kurt Bergsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 78 minutes into the match, Matte United's August Pihl sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Samuel Uggla narrowly saved just below the crossbar. August Pihl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Samuel Uggla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Viggo Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Matte United getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Melker Bäckman hit a great ball. Georg Larsfelt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredric Bergström having to interfere. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
