After having played for 3 minutes, Anton Nyberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bureå IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anton Nyberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bajen Boys's zone, Alvar Tolsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eric Pilgren came out of the goal and Alvar Tolsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ola Finman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Eric Pilgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anton Nyberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 14 minutes into the match, Anton Nyberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eric Pilgren. Bajen Boys's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anton Nyberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 22nd minute, Alvar Tolsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eric Pilgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. If Alvar Tolsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bureå IF's Anton Nyberg in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bajen Boys's goalie prevented a goal. The audience was convinced that Alvar Tolsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eric Pilgren was relentless in the 30th minute of the game. Anton Nyberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alvar Tolsson in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eric Pilgren saved Bajen Boys from getting behind. 37 minutes into the match, Alvar Tolsson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Bajen Boys's Eric Pilgren. Eric Pilgren was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Bajen Boys getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Tomas Lundström hit a great ball. Sven Eckegren hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Bureå IF's zone, Ola Finman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ivan Forsberg came out of the goal and Ola Finman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anton Nyberg to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Oscar Håkansson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bajen Boys's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Bureå IF the free kick. Hugo Bergkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hugo Bergkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Bajen Boys booed when Bureå IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Bergkvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 59th minute Anton Nyberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eric Pilgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Bajen Boys's Eric Pilgren got control of the ball when Alvar Tolsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 63rd match minute, Bajen Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Näfver to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the game, Anton Nyberg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Eric Pilgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Bureå IF's Ivan Forsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ola Finman in the 68th minute of play. Ivan Forsberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ola Finman in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anton Nyberg in the 74th minute of play forced Bajen Boys's goalkeeper Eric Pilgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anton Nyberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eric Pilgren having to interfere. Ivan Forsberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ola Finman, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Jimmy Smedfeldt's late challenge caught a Bajen Boys's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jimmy Smedfeldt helped the player get up and apologised. Ivan Forsberg had in the 84thth minute some difficulties stopping Tomas Lundström's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 91st minute of the match, Anton Nyberg tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Eric Pilgren saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. If Alvar Tolsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Anton Nyberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eric Pilgren came out and tried to block the shot, but Anton Nyberg slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 98th minute, Alvar Tolsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bureå IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Alvar Tolsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eric Pilgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match was over Bureå IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bajen Boys throughout the match.
