Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ludvig Malmström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Tord Rudkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Vestlund in the 13th minute of the match. Solbergs IF's Johnny Gråberg was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. In the 21st match minute, Solbergs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by André Holm to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Lars Vestlund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tord Rudkvist. Solbergs IF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lars Vestlund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Stig-Arne Wahlström managed to get in a good position for a shot. Efc kga's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig-Arne Wahlström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tord Rudkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With his leg Jan-Olof Ivarsson managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Solbergs IF's Johnny Gråberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Efc kga's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Ludvig Malmström scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Olof Ivarsson, making the score, 2-1. 42 minutes into the match, Ludvig Malmström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jan-Olof Ivarsson, 3-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Vestlund to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ludvig Malmström in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Olof Ivarsson saved Efc kga from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lars Vestlund in the 55th minute of play forced Solbergs IF's goalkeeper Tord Rudkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ludvig Malmström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jan-Olof Ivarsson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. After 56 minutes of play, Solbergs IF's Ludvig Malmström made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jan-Olof Ivarsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Johnny Gråberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 59th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Olof Ivarsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Johnny Gråberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Jan-Olof Ivarsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludvig Malmström in the 61st minute of play. Jan-Olof Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Malmström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Johnny Gråberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Solbergs IF's André Holm got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 74 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Efc kga's Lars Vestlund fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Johnny Gråberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Olof Ivarsson having to interfere. If Johnny Gråberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jan-Olof Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Malmström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute Solbergs IF were awarded a corner. Marcus Mattsson went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Roger Bennet heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
