When Filiph Johansson fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tobo FK's protests and gave Filiph Johansson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute, Edenryds IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bengt Wallin fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After some careless play in the Edenryds IF defense, Jakob Hermansson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mikael Åberg. The Edenryds IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mikael Åberg should have stopped the shot. Mark Berggren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Bo Wikander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdemar Björnberg in the 16th minute of play forced Tobo FK's goalkeeper Bo Wikander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bengt Wallin in the 20thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mikael Åberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Bo Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Berggren in the 26th minute of play. Valdemar Björnberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Jakob Hermansson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mikael Åberg, 2-0. Bengt Wallin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mikael Åberg having to interfere. After having played for 36 minutes, Jakob Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tobo FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jakob Hermansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jakob Hermansson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Stefan Granström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tobo FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Edenryds IF the free kick. Stefan Granström hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Edenryds IF's Valdemar Björnberg got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th minute Edenryds IF were awarded a corner. Stefan Kaxe went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Edenryds IF's Stefan Kaxe to fire away a dangerous shot which Bo Wikander despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 47th minute, Stefan Kaxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

A collision led to Tobo FK getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. John Göransson hit a great ball. Mark Berggren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 60 minutes, Mark Berggren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edenryds IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mark Berggren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mark Berggren struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Bo Wikander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Edenryds IF. The supporters of Edenryds IF booed when Tobo FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Granström didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Tobo FK's Bo Wikander got control of the ball when Valdemar Björnberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 73rd match minute, Tobo FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Björn Dahlberg to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Tobo FK getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Filiph Johansson hit a great ball. Bo Wikander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mark Berggren in the 86th minute of play.
