Richard Askberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rune Lund in the 14th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Vrångö's Arvin Nordström got a free kick in the 19th minute. Georg Stenström hit a great ball. In the 40th minute, Torsten Damm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 41 played minutes, Faxe Kondi FC's Ronny Ekeberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Richard Askberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Faxe Kondi FC reached it. Malte Mattsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Askberg having to interfere. Orvar Melander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Åke Pihlwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rune Lund made a kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rune Lund in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Richard Askberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rune Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Richard Askberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vrångö's Richard Askberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Vrångö from getting a goal against them. In the 74th match minute, Vrångö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edvard Brander to maneuver through the defense. Rune Lund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Askberg was a little too slow when Rune Lund got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 84th minute. The score was now 1-5. Rune Lund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Askberg having to interfere. Edvin Dahlman hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Richard Askberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rune Lund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rune Lund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Richard Askberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Faxe Kondi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vrångö.
