Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carl Byström took the kick off in the first half of the match. Upphärad's Östen Nyström managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jan-Ove Ivarsson in the 11 minute of the game. Håknäs's Uno Unesson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carl Byström in the 14th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Upphärad's Hampus Rolandsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Uno Unesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens-Ove Bjursell hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Hampus Rolandsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uno Unesson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hampus Rolandsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Uno Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Byström, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Upphärad's Hampus Rolandsson got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Hampus Rolandsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uno Unesson. Håknäs's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hampus Rolandsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Östen Nyström lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hampus Rolandsson in the 35th minute of play forced Håknäs's goalkeeper Uno Unesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Carl Byström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hampus Rolandsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Uno Unesson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hampus Rolandsson ran back to his position shaking his head. After having played for 40 minutes, Bertil Lundkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Upphärad's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bertil Lundkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Uno Unesson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hampus Rolandsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Lundkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Uno Unesson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Björn Uggstedt kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. After the first half Upphärad were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Håknäs's zone, Bertil Lundkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Uno Unesson came out of the goal and Bertil Lundkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Upphärad booed when Håknäs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Björn Uggstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uno Unesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hampus Rolandsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Jan-Ove Ivarsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Håknäs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Upphärad the free kick. Jan-Ove Ivarsson kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. Jan-Ove Ivarsson made in the 74th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Upphärad's Carl Byström. Upphärad's Alfons Blomqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anton Levander in the 79th minute of play. Björn Uggstedt made in the 81st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Upphärad's Carl Byström. Uno Unesson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bertil Lundkvist in the 84th minute of play. When Hampus Rolandsson came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Upphärad fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hampus Rolandsson couldn't finish the play. Upphärad played a much better game than Håknäs and deserved their victory. The Håknäs players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
