When the match had gone on for 16 minutes, Ola Nordmark put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Algot Bogren. In the 22nd minute, Josef Nordström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Hermansson was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustav Söderberg in the 52nd minute of play forced Hunna United's goalkeeper Algot Bogren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 53 minutes, Ove Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hunna United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ove Söderberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Boden IFK's Gustav Söderberg slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Algot Bogren. That made the score 0-2 after 60 minutes of play. Jan-Åke Törnkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josef Nordström in the 64th minute of the match. With 66 minutes on the clock, August Linberg commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Ove Söderberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute.
