Charles Sikström took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Åke Sundström. Jan-Åke Sundström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 18th minute, Michel Bergman made a precise shot to the right of Magnus Mossberg. Leksand BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Magnus Mossberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Michel Bergman in the 24th minute of the match. The attack was good, but when Hans Blomquist in the 30th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Georg Nordin to make the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 58 minutes, Magnus Mossberg successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Bengt Nordström hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. Snabba urstarka rävar's Michel Bergman got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Leksand BF's zone, Michel Bergman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Mossberg came out of the goal and Michel Bergman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georg Nordin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Georg Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Magnus Mossberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Michel Bergman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magnus Mossberg having to interfere. When Fredric Blomqvist fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Snabba urstarka rävar's protests and gave Fredric Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Leksand BF booed when Snabba urstarka rävar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fredric Blomqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Blomquist in the 80th minute of play forced Snabba urstarka rävar's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Sundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Brian Hedkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Georg Nordin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Magnus Mossberg was relentless in the 85th minute of the game.
