Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Torbjörn Kjellqvist kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christoffer Jakobsson in the 3rd minute of play forced Nordkoster FK's goalkeeper Nils Rudqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sören Falkrans hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Christoffer Jakobsson hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Nordkoster FK's Nils Rudqvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 10th minute of the match, managed to save Nordkoster FK from getting a goal against them. Nils Rudqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christoffer Jakobsson in the 11th minute of the match. Vidsel's Göran Askelöf got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 14 minutes, Torbjörn Kjellqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nordkoster FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Torbjörn Kjellqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Viktor Söderström hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Göran Askelöf could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 19th minute of the match, but Nils Rudqvist made a huge save. In the 28th minute, Vidsel's Göran Askelöf ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nils Rudqvist. Nils Rudqvist yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Göran Askelöf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Nils Rudqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 33rd minute Torbjörn Kjellqvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bertil Blomkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Nordkoster FK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Martin Skark hit a great ball. Göran Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christoffer Jakobsson struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Nils Rudqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vidsel. Nils Rudqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christoffer Jakobsson in the 46th minute of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Christoffer Jakobsson made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Nordkoster FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by August Nordmark to maneuver through the defense. Göran Askelöf sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alf Björklund hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Christoffer Jakobsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Nils Rudqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nordkoster FK's zone, Göran Askelöf stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nils Rudqvist came out of the goal and Göran Askelöf tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alf Björklund kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Nordkoster FK's Martin Skark got a free kick in the 83rd minute. Nordkoster FK's Nils Rudqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christoffer Jakobsson in the 93rd minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Vidsel had played much better football throughout.
