In the 19th minute of the game, Patrik Jonasson landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. In the 20th minute, Ludvig Pihlgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the match, Castillo del Rey CF's goal looked a bit too open when Håkan Hellström came free, but Roland Skoog reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Castillo del Rey CF's Roland Skoog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Håkan Hellström in the 42nd minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, Hede's Richard Berglund sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roland Skoog narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 47th minute, Rune Lind had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. When Sven-Åke Lundqvist fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hede's protests and gave Sven-Åke Lundqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Sven-Åke Lundqvist hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Håkan Hellström to make the kick off. Axel Zander hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Roland Skoog came out of the goal and Håkan Hellström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Richard Berglund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roland Skoog having to interfere.
