If Viggo Qvalfeldt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Real Madrid F.C.'s Harry Fagrell shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 8th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Gert Bergfeldt but with some difficulty. After 9 minutes, Ludwig Björkdahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Klubbfot FC and the Real Madrid F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Klubbfot FC's Ludwig Björkdahl got a free kick in the 9th minute. Gustaf Olenberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Boris Samuelsson having to interfere. Jörgen Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Klubbfot FC's Gustaf Olenberg got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Real Madrid F.C.'s Boris Samuelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustaf Olenberg in the 29th minute of play. Jörgen Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Boris Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jörgen Sjöberg in the 36th minute of play. Gustaf Olenberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boris Samuelsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jörgen Sjöberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Jörgen Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Boris Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Robin Spets blasted a shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gert Bergfeldt having to make a save.
