Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Andreas Thidén kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Surte getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Oskar Nordin hit a great ball. In the 5th minute, David Nilsson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Zebastian Salkvist in the 11thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Rutger Siöberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Stellan Galle didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andreas Thidén went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Andreas Thidén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Surte's Rutger Siöberg got control of the ball when Zebastian Salkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils-Emil Sjödin's late challenge caught a Remne IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Emil Sjödin helped the player get up and apologised. Rutger Siöberg made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Zebastian Salkvist sent off a good shot on target. Zebastian Salkvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If David Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Surte were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when David Nilsson made the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling David Nilsson in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rutger Siöberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55th play minutes Zebastian Salkvist shot 1-2, a short shot which went by Rutger Siöberg and just under the crossbar into goal. If Andreas Thidén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stellan Galle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Andreas Thidén in the 62nd minute of play. Stellan Galle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Andreas Thidén in the 63rd minute of the match. Jonatan Backlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Rutger Siöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74th match minute, Surte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Magnusson to maneuver through the defense. Surte's Rutger Siöberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Nilsson in the 75th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Surte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Nordin to maneuver through the defense. Rutger Siöberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Nilsson's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. In the 80th minute, Zebastian Salkvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roger Dahlkvist struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Stellan Galle didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Surte. Zebastian Salkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rutger Siöberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. David Nilsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Rutger Siöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Remne IK failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
