Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Holger Rosén started the match with the kick off. After 5 played minutes Näsum RK got a freekick which was hit by Leo Dahlqvist. Isaac Svartengren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 minutes of play, Näsum RK's Erik Persson made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arne Gustafsson was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Näsum RK booed when Rångedala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvid Hammarberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holger Rosén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Erik Persson came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Näsum RK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erik Persson couldn't finish the play. Torgny Brovall might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arne Gustafsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Torgny Brovall ran back to his position shaking his head. After 44 played minutes Rångedala got a freekick which was hit by Arvid Hammarberg. Erik Persson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Arne Gustafsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Karl-Ove Mårtensson made a kick off. Erik Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arne Gustafsson having to interfere. If Erik Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Gustafsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Holger Rosén, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rudolf Damm's late challenge caught a Näsum RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudolf Damm helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Rudolf Damm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torgny Brovall didn't quite understand what happened when in the 67 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After 68 minutes, Frans Nordal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Rångedala and the Näsum RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 68th match minute, Rångedala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frans Nordal to maneuver through the defense. If Erik Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arne Gustafsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Rosén, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. If Holger Rosén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Erik Persson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Näsum RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erik Persson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Egil Åberg during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Näsum RK booed when Rångedala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egil Åberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the referee ended the match the Näsum RK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
