Spectators: 7258 (Terracing: 5445, Seating: 1669, VIP seats: 144) Stig-Ove Nordlander started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Strömberg got free with Klas Nyberg in the 5th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Stig-Ove Nordlander received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Klas Nyberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig-Ove Nordlander slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. In the 13th minute, Tomas Strömberg fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Harry Biörling in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sivert Larsfält prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Harry Biörling put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Sivert Larsfält. Sivert Larsfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernt Broberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bernt Broberg kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Tomas Strömberg's late challenge caught a jove's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Strömberg helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Brastad's Tomas Strömberg got a free kick in the 36th minute. Stig-Ove Nordlander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Klas Nyberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Tomas Strömberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to jove getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Philip Öfverman hit a great ball. Brastad were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after jove's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Per Norberg took the corner. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Bernt Broberg made the kick off in the second half. Stig-Ove Nordlander's late challenge caught a jove's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. Harry Biörling fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sivert Larsfält having to interfere. Harry Biörling who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 62ndth minute tested the skills of Sivert Larsfält when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Ove Nordlander in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Klas Nyberg saved jove from getting behind. In the 66th minute, Harry Biörling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sivert Larsfält was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. jove's Harry Biörling got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Brastad's Sivert Larsfält played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernt Broberg in the 82nd minute of play. Jens-Åke Ugla hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 86 minutes, Torsten Hägglund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brastad and the jove players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 86 played minutes Brastad got a freekick which was hit by Torsten Hägglund. In the 88th play minute Harry Biörling came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sivert Larsfält. 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Strömberg in the 92nd minute of play forced jove's goalkeeper Klas Nyberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sivert Larsfält made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Harry Biörling sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched jove eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
