In the 12th match minute, Lerum FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tim Sundström to maneuver through the defense. Leif Gerdberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Charlie Wiklund having to make a save. Charlie Wiklund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leif Gerdberg in the 18th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Leif Gerdberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Charlie Wiklund was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. In the 21st minute, Bengt Håning left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. After having played for 30 minutes, Bengt Håning managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ekerö IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bengt Håning was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lerum FF's Charlie Wiklund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Kiempe in the 32nd minute of play. Olle Kiempe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 42ndth minute of the game Leif Gerdberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Lerum FF's Charlie Wiklund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Leif Gerdberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leif Gerdberg in the 47th minute of play forced Lerum FF's goalkeeper Charlie Wiklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Leif Gerdberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Charlie Wiklund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute Olle Kiempe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Charlie Wiklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
