In the 17th minute there was a penalty for Pålsboda. Kjell Björling stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Felix Näver. 1-0. The supporters of Pålsboda booed when Hjuvik AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ove Smed didn't get a good kick on the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Hjuvik AIK's goal looked a bit too open when Kennet Arenberg came free, but Felix Näver reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute, Kennet Arenberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jakob Vidman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alf Holmgren having to interfere. Alf Holmgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakob Vidman in the 81st minute of play. Alf Holmgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakob Vidman in the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 94 minutes, Gottfrid Gustavsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pålsboda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gottfrid Gustavsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Hjuvik AIK's Ove Smed got a free kick in the 95th minute. Hjuvik AIK's Felix Näver played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gottfrid Gustavsson in the 96th minute of play.
