Gert Byström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hugo Sundberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gert Byström in the 13th minute. Rune Vibjörnsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fred Grelsson went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 23rdth minute of the game Christoffer Gullesson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BGD 517's Hugo Sundberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Blidsberg's Christoffer Gullesson in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye BGD 517's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, BGD 517's Bertil Ödman got a free kick in the 25th minute. An unexpected shot in the 27th minute by Christoffer Gullesson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After a defensive mix-up in Blidsberg's zone, Karl Vinström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rune Vibjörnsson came out of the goal and Karl Vinström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Christoffer Gullesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Sundberg having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl Vinström in the 37th minute of play forced Blidsberg's goalkeeper Rune Vibjörnsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl Vinström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of BGD 517 booed when Blidsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leif Ennegren didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fred Grelsson, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 43 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rune Vibjörnsson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 45 minutes, Fred Grelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BGD 517's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Grelsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gert Byström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hugo Sundberg having to make a save. After the first half BGD 517 were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 52nd match minute, BGD 517 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fred Grelsson to maneuver through the defense. If Karl Vinström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of BGD 517 booed when Blidsberg was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Stephansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Blidsberg's zone, Karl Vinström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rune Vibjörnsson came out of the goal and Karl Vinström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fred Grelsson succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 68th playminute. Karl Vinström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Rune Vibjörnsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leif Ennegren hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Rune Vibjörnsson made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Fred Grelsson sent off a good shot on target. Blidsberg's Rune Vibjörnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Blidsberg from getting a goal against them. Karl Vinström might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rune Vibjörnsson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Karl Vinström ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gert Byström in the 86th minute of play forced BGD 517's goalkeeper Hugo Sundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute of the match, Karl Vinström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rune Vibjörnsson saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 91st minute Karl Vinström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Vibjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Blidsberg's Rune Vibjörnsson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Blidsberg from getting a goal against them. In the 95th minute, Gert Byström made a precise shot to the right of Hugo Sundberg. BGD 517's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. BGD 517 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
