Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Tomas Engström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Henry Ahlerot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Båtskärsnäs RK's Tomas Engström in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Östra Karup's goalie prevented a goal. In the 11th minute, Henrik Andreasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 12th minute of the match Alvin Haraldsson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Magne Knutsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Hannes Springfält fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pär Alebäck having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Hannes Springfält managed to get in a good position for a shot. Östra Karup's supporters rose to their feet, but Hannes Springfält was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pär Alebäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 26 minutes, Alvin Törnkvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Båtskärsnäs RK and the Östra Karup players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvin Törnkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Hannes Springfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Pär Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 31 played minutes, Båtskärsnäs RK's Sven-Edvin Berggren shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Magne Knutsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Båtskärsnäs RK reached it. In the 35th match minute, Båtskärsnäs RK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvin Törnkvist to maneuver through the defense. 38 minutes into the match, Östra Karup's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Björk came free, but Magne Knutsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 40th minute Roland Björk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Knutsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Casper Aspengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Båtskärsnäs RK's Pär Alebäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Springfält in the 45th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Roland Björk in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Magne Knutsson saved Östra Karup from getting behind. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hannes Springfält to strike the kick off in the second half. When Tomas Engström fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Båtskärsnäs RK's protests and gave Tomas Engström a yellow card for diving instead. After 52 played minutes Båtskärsnäs RK got a freekick which was hit by Tomas Engström. Henry Ahlerot took the ball and in the 54 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pär Alebäck. Pär Alebäck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After 57 minutes of play Båtskärsnäs RK's Casper Aspengren was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Casper Aspengren kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Roland Björk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hannes Springfält received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Pär Alebäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hannes Springfält in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pär Alebäck saved Båtskärsnäs RK from getting behind. If Tomas Engström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 71st minute, Kent Lund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Östra Karup's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Roland Björk 73 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. Roland Björk hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 80th minute, Tomas Engström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Kent Lund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Båtskärsnäs RK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Östra Karup the free kick. After 84 played minutes Båtskärsnäs RK got a freekick which was hit by Kent Lund. A collision led to Båtskärsnäs RK getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Roland Björk hit a great ball. Båtskärsnäs RK's Pär Alebäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hannes Springfält in the 89th minute of play. Roland Björk had several of the Östra Karup's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 91 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-3 score and a disappointed Magne Knutsson as he didn't even see the shot coming. When the final whistle sounded Båtskärsnäs RK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Östra Karup.
