Månkarbo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. 16 minutes into the game, Bo-Erik Dusett was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mölle IF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Månkarbo the free kick. After a rather tough play, Mölle IF's Bo-Erik Dusett got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Lucas Stenquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonas Eklund didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lucas Stenquist went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Jonas Eklund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Arne Alebeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 33rd minute Sven-Arne Alebeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonas Eklund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Patrik Lenberg, 52 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After having played for 73 minutes, Sven-Arne Alebeck managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mölle IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sven-Arne Alebeck was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Sven-Arne Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Arne Alebeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonas Eklund having to interfere. Jonas Eklund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Stenquist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sven-Arne Alebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Månkarbo's Mark Sundberg got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match was over Mölle IF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Månkarbo throughout the match.
