Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) If Arne Blomberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sävedalen IF getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Stig-Ove Hägglund hit a great ball. Tomas Gustavsson hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Stig-Ove Hägglund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sävedalen IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig-Ove Hägglund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roland Isaksson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Håkansson in the 22nd minute of play forced Nösund's goalkeeper Roland Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arne Blomberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Henrik Wennerström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Rutger Kilberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 27th match minute, Sävedalen IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig-Ove Hägglund to maneuver through the defense. When Harry Wennerström, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 29 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Henrik Wennerström was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. 33 minutes into the game, Mattias Wallin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Roland Isaksson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 40 minutes into the match, Arne Blomberg dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Henrik Wennerström, 1-1. Rutger Kilberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henrik Wennerström having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Harry Wennerström was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Nösund's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Wallin came free, but Roland Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Sävedalen IF booed when Nösund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Telin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rutger Kilberg kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. In the 61st minute of the match Sävedalen IF got a corner. Nösund's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stig-Ove Hägglund ran over to the corner to take the kick. Rutger Kilberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Henrik Wennerström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Harry Wennerström in the 68th minute of play. Nösund's Rutger Kilberg got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Nösund's Jesper Säfström got a free kick in the 77th minute. Roland Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Wallin in the 79th minute of the match. Rutger Kilberg struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Henrik Wennerström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nösund. After 86 minutes of play, Nösund's Harry Wennerström made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henrik Wennerström was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Arne Blomberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Nösund players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
