In the 19th minute Per Pihlgren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Jernberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 23 minutes, Marko Sigman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Svartsjö and the Ödskölt FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Magne Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrian Magnusson in the 28th minute of the match. Per Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Ernst Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 35 minutes into the match, Svartsjö's goalkeeper Ernst Jernberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alexander Björkkvist. Ernst Jernberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Pihlgren in the 41st minute of the match. Kim Holmgren's late challenge caught a Ödskölt FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kim Holmgren helped the player get up and apologised. Kim Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per Pihlgren was the one to do the kick off. When Ödskölt FK's Stig Helander in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Svartsjö's goalie prevented a goal. Adrian Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Per Pihlgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ernst Jernberg having to interfere. Ernst Jernberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig Helander's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. Stig-Arne Nyqvist struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Magne Häger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Svartsjö. Ernst Jernberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Pihlgren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stig Helander might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernst Jernberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stig Helander ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Stig Helander managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ödskölt FK's supporters rose to their feet, but Stig Helander was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Jernberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Svartsjö getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Niklas Olofsson hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig Helander in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ernst Jernberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per Pihlgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ernst Jernberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig Helander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ernst Jernberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. Stig-Arne Nyqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Magne Häger having to interfere.
