The audience thought a goal was coming when Viktor Fernström got free with Aleksander Lindberg in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sixten Jakobsson in the 78th minute of play forced Sparka BK's goalkeeper Aleksander Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mats Isaksson placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Sparka BK made a substitution. Elias Odin replaced Folke Albohm. Mats Isaksson hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 91st minute Daniel Gullesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Finnman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, Sparka BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elias Odin to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Åstorp defense, Elias Odin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fredric Finnman. The Åstorp fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fredric Finnman should have stopped the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Sparka BK fully deserved thier win.
