After 47 minutes, Stig-Arne Mattsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Shorba and the Kainulasjärvi players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dennis Gabrielsson in the 49th minute of play forced FC Shorba's goalkeeper Filip Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kainulasjärvi's goalkeeper Alvin Åkerberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inge Bollström's late challenge caught a Kainulasjärvi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Inge Bollström helped the player get up and apologised. Inge Bollström kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kainulasjärvi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FC Shorba.
