Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when August Rosin made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd minute, Hällaström's August Rosin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristian Hellgren. Kristian Hellgren yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Gösta Eckegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kristian Hellgren came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Hällaström's Bengt-Rune Bivall. But to his dismay, Bengt-Rune Bivall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Kristian Hellgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Rosin in the 13th minute of play. The audience was convinced that August Rosin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kristian Hellgren was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. If Gösta Eckegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bertil Berg came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Rimbo FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bertil Berg couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute, Bengt-Rune Bivall ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kristian Hellgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Rimbo FK's Kristian Hellgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by August Rosin in the 37th minute of play. The supporters of Hällaström booed when Rimbo FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven Söderberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hällaström's Sven-Erik Kråk shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 40th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kristian Hellgren but with some difficulty. Bertil Berg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Hällaström's Sven-Erik Kråk got a free kick in the 42nd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Kristian Hellgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bengt-Rune Bivall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Hellgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from August Rosin in the 74th minute of play. Hällaström's August Rosin got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 83 minutes into the match, Rimbo FK's goal looked a bit too open when Bengt-Rune Bivall came free, but Kristian Hellgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bengt-Rune Bivall fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Hellgren having to interfere. Kristian Hellgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Rune Bivall, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Valter Lundström charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Valter Lundström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Valter Lundström kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
