Söderala IK's Konrad Lindsten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Wallmark in the 12th minute of play. Torsten Ahlström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Torsten Ahlström got free with Marcus Delin in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Torsten Ahlström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Per Beck's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcus Delin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Söderala IK's Torsten Ahlström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Marcus Delin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melker Ånger blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcus Delin having to make a save. But to his dismay, Per Alström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Åke Lang's late challenge caught a Myggenäs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Åke Lang helped the player get up and apologised.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torsten Ahlström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcus Delin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Torsten Ahlström, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute Åke Lang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus Delin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The throw-in from Pär Hasselqvist in the 65th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Söderala IK's Verner Juhlin. Myggenäs's Marcus Delin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Ahlström in the 66th minute of play. Filip Danielsson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 69 minutes into the match, Per Alström notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Myggenäs's Marcus Delin. Marcus Delin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcus Delin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torsten Ahlström in the 75th minute of the match. Söderala IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Melker Ånger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcus Delin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torsten Ahlström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Pär Hasselqvist fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Myggenäs's protests and gave Pär Hasselqvist a yellow card for diving instead. 92 minutes into the game, one of Myggenäs:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty.
