Spectators: 7335 (Terracing: 5503, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mats Beckeman kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Viggo Pihl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hisings Backa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Viggo Pihl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A hard shot 9 in the game by Sixten Kielstedt from a close distance when the talented Algot Henriksson managed to make a qualified save. Älmeboda's players were relieved. Georg Fribäck came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Älmeboda's Mats Beckeman. But to his dismay, Mats Beckeman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Älmeboda's zone, Viggo Pihl stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Algot Henriksson came out of the goal and Viggo Pihl tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Victor Vallander's late challenge caught a Hisings Backa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Victor Vallander helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Älmeboda getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Victor Vallander hit a great ball. The supporters of Hisings Backa booed when Älmeboda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tommy Olofsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Valentin Damm in the 30th minute really tested Algot Henriksson's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Sixten Kielstedt came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Hisings Backa fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixten Kielstedt couldn't finish the play. Mats Beckeman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hisings Backa's Georg Fribäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Rosendahl in the 40th minute of play. Georg Fribäck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Rosendahl in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 45th minute, Valentin Damm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Älmeboda's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jens-Åke Jonasson in the 48th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Viggo Pihl made the kick off in the second half. Mats Beckeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Georg Fribäck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mats Beckeman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bertil Rosendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Georg Fribäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, Älmeboda's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Kielstedt came free, but Algot Henriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bertil Rosendahl who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 65thth minute tested the skills of Georg Fribäck when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Bertil Rosendahl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Fribäck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Beckeman, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Georg Fribäck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mats Beckeman in the 74th minute of play. In the 76th match minute, Älmeboda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Niklas Blomquist to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Hisings Backa's Valentin Damm broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 78 played minutes Älmeboda got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Håkansson. If Sixten Kielstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Älmeboda's zone, Sixten Kielstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Algot Henriksson came out of the goal and Sixten Kielstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice moves Bertil Rosendahl could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Georg Fribäck however easily saved by the left post. After having played for 86 minutes, Bertil Rosendahl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
