After 31 minutes, Åke Gallberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Stråtjära and the Desperados FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 33rd minute Börje Pedersson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvin Wallin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gustaf Pihlwall might have been able to make a better finish in the 46th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tor Lindström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustaf Pihlwall ran back to his position shaking his head. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Birger Trillkott was the one to do the kick off. Stråtjära's Gustaf Pihlwall managed to work through Desperados FC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Gustaf Pihlwall dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 54th match minute, Desperados FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustaf Lange to maneuver through the defense. Alvin Wallin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Trillkott in the 58th minute of the match. Alvin Wallin made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Börje Pedersson sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 61 minutes, Inge Nyström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Stråtjära's supporters crossed their fingers, but Inge Nyström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Birger Trillkott fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvin Wallin having to interfere. Börje Pedersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Åke Gallberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Tor Lindström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christoffer Örtendal struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Tor Lindström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Stråtjära.
