The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Hake got free with Tor Hägglund in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jarl Mager made a kick off. 56 minutes into the match, Enebyberg's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Mager came free, but Vilgot Östman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The long shot by Andréas Kilström in the 73rd minute really tested Vilgot Östman's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mongo FC's goalkeeper Tor Hägglund, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Harald Wallengren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Enebyberg's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Wallengren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tor Hägglund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 80 minutes, Johannes Hake managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
