The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Filiph Blomqvist in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andréas Wahlström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 10 minutes, Kjell-Arne Örtlund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gröndals BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell-Arne Örtlund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gröndals BK's zone, Charles Klack stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Christer Axelsson came out of the goal and Charles Klack tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The throw-in from Elof Sigfridsson in the 14th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Botkyrka Ballers's Per-Olof Sandström. Christer Axelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Olof Sandström in the 15th minute of play. Gröndals BK's Christer Axelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per-Olof Sandström in the 15th minute of play. Andréas Wahlström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filiph Blomqvist in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Botkyrka Ballers's Andréas Wahlström got control of the ball when Filiph Blomqvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Gröndals BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Botkyrka Ballers were winning 0-1.

Helge Siöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andréas Wahlström having to interfere. In the 56th minute, Dan Alberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gröndals BK were furious when Jan-Ove Ek was red carded, 60 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Botkyrka Ballers's Rolf Hedling got a good chance for a goal in the 67th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 77th match minute, Botkyrka Ballers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dennis Smefeldt to maneuver through the defense. Kjell-Arne Örtlund didn't quite understand what happened when in the 78 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. In the 80th minute, Dennis Smefeldt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Botkyrka Ballers getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Dennis Smefeldt hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Elof Sigfridsson during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Charles Klack blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christer Axelsson having to make a save. The throw-in from Helge Siöberg in the 88th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Botkyrka Ballers's Per-Olof Sandström. Charles Klack was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 89th minute. Botkyrka Ballers's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rolf Hedling got free with Christer Axelsson in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Botkyrka Ballers walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
