But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Boris Jonasson couldn't finish the play. Boris Jonasson kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. After having played for 70 minutes, Roland Hellström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klimpfjäll RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roland Hellström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Jan-Olof Brummer fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lillhärdal FK's protests and gave Jan-Olof Brummer a yellow card for diving instead. Manfred Siöberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kjell Ryberg went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Kjell Qvarnström scored 1-2 in the 87th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils Wallman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Klimpfjäll RK's Roland Hellström got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
