Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) After a defensive mix-up in Nora IF's zone, Olov Holmgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yngve Gummeson came out of the goal and Olov Holmgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rasmus Svensson charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rasmus Svensson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Nora IF's Rasmus Svensson got a free kick in the 11th minute. Nora IF's Yngve Gummeson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kim Jonasson in the 14th minute of play. Marko Hedman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Birger Olsson having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Torparcanons IF's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Åke Höijer came free, but Birger Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 25th minute, Karl-Oskar Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 27th minute of the match Olov Holmgren sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yngve Gummeson skillfully saved the ball. After some careless play in the Torparcanons IF defense, Stig-Åke Höijer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birger Olsson. The Torparcanons IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birger Olsson should have stopped the shot. After having played for 36 minutes, Stig-Åke Höijer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nora IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Höijer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Marko Hedman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Birger Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Höijer, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute.

Torbjörn Lidman hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herman Rosin during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 60th minute, one of Torparcanons IF:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Torparcanons IF. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stig-Åke Höijer in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Birger Olsson saved Torparcanons IF from getting behind. Birger Olsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Åke Höijer in the 69th minute of the match. Birger Olsson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig-Åke Höijer's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Birger Olsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Åke Höijer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herman Rosin was shown his second yellow card after 81 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 82 played minutes Torparcanons IF got a freekick which was hit by Herman Rosin. When Stig-Åke Höijer came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Nora IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Åke Höijer couldn't finish the play. Birger Olsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Höijer, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Birger Olsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Höijer in the 91st minute of play. After 92 played minutes Torparcanons IF got a freekick which was hit by Ted Söderlund. Birger Olsson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marko Hedman went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Nora IF had won after a very even match.
