When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefan Nordström made a kick off. 3XM's Stig-Arne Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gert Haraldsson in the 54th minute of play. After having played for 55 minutes, Gert Haraldsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sturkö's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gert Haraldsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Stefan Nordström in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Arne Jonasson saved 3XM from getting behind. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind 3XM's goalkeeper Stig-Arne Jonasson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Stefan Nordström came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Sturkö fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stefan Nordström couldn't finish the play. When Sturkö's Gert Haraldsson in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye 3XM's goalie prevented a goal.
