The referee showed Dag Ahlstedt the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Dag Ahlstedt hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nils-Åke Pihlberg got free with Elliot Hedvall in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Olle Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Hedvall having to interfere. When Dag Ahlstedt was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 27 minutes had been played. In the 28th minute, Dag Ahlstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Hörnefors's Allan Adelsköld in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye De Stora Krambjörnarna's goalie prevented a goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Rickard Björling managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fritz Dahlqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, De Stora Krambjörnarna's Elliot Hedvall got control of the ball when Olle Hellsing tried to sneak it across the goal line. After recieving a nice pass, Hörnefors's Joel Hammarbäck tried to score from far away in the 40th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Allan Adelsköld made a kick off. Elliot Hedvall showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Allan Adelsköld, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A collision led to De Stora Krambjörnarna getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Axel Wallin hit a great ball. When Allan Adelsköld came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Hörnefors fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Allan Adelsköld couldn't finish the play. Olle Hellsing received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Elliot Hedvall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 70 minutes into the game, Torgny Lind was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. De Stora Krambjörnarna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hörnefors the free kick. The supporters of Hörnefors booed when De Stora Krambjörnarna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Torgny Lind didn't get a good kick on the ball. Elliot Hedvall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Allan Adelsköld in the 71st minute of the match. Olle Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Olle Hellsing fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elliot Hedvall having to interfere. 79 minutes into the match, Axel Wallin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fritz Dahlqvist. Hörnefors's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Wallin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
