With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evert Dahlberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Magnus Ekeroth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otto Delin having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Kungsör's Oskar Haström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Evert Dahlberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 18 minutes into the game, when Alvar Hultman put in a rough tackle. Folke Eckegren shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven-Ove Fredriksson made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Sven-Ove Fredriksson could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Evert Dahlberg however easily saved by the left post. Sven-Ove Fredriksson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Evert Dahlberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Ove Fredriksson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christer Dahlbom in the 60th minute of play forced Kungsör's goalkeeper Otto Delin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kungsör's Otto Delin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Ekeroth in the 62nd minute of play. Otto Delin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christer Dahlbom, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After 93 minutes of play, Lidhults Goif's Magnus Ekeroth made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Otto Delin was left in no man's land by his defense there! There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lidhults Goif fully deserved thier win.
