Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Fröseke BK's Pontus Kielberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lars Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gösta Martinsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 16 minutes into the game, Lars Kvalfält cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Mattias Glanselius was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 22 minutes into the match, Fröseke BK's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Martinsson came free, but Mattias Glanselius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gösta Martinsson struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Mattias Glanselius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mighty Ducks. Mighty Ducks's Lars Kvalfält got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pontus Kielberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Kjell Almstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Mighty Ducks's Kjell Almstedt got control of the ball when Kalle Wästerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lars Kvalfält sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gösta Martinsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Mattias Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Kvalfält, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mighty Ducks's goalkeeper Kjell Almstedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Mighty Ducks's zone, Kalle Wästerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kjell Almstedt came out of the goal and Kalle Wästerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pontus Kielberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Kjell Almstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Fröseke BK fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Fröseke BK's Pontus Kielberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 77 minutes, Lars Kvalfält managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mighty Ducks's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lars Kvalfält was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 88th minute Gösta Martinsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mattias Glanselius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pontus Kielberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Kjell Almstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mattias Glanselius showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Martinsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. When the referee ended the match the Fröseke BK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
