Leonardo Hansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eric Haeger in the 18th minute of the match. The corner led Långserud IF's Lukas Boström to fire away a dangerous shot which Leonardo Hansson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eric Haeger struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Leonardo Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Långserud IF. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Nyström got free with Zebastian Olofsson in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Eric Haeger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Haeger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Långserud IF's goalkeeper Zebastian Olofsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Eric Haeger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 49th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eric Haeger stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nils-Emil Malmström in the 60th minute of play forced Rob Thunders's goalkeeper Leonardo Hansson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mattias Nyström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Zebastian Olofsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Leonardo Hansson made a fantastic save in the 87th minute, when Svante Ahlkvist sent off a good shot on target. Leonardo Hansson was out of position in the 92 minute of play, and Eric Haeger capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eric Haeger really showed his touch with that goal: 2-2. Eric Haeger might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Leonardo Hansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eric Haeger ran back to his position shaking his head.
