After 10 played minutes Tranquillo FC got a freekick which was hit by Jarl Engström. When Sverker Löfdahl came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the Järbo BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sverker Löfdahl couldn't finish the play. 15 minutes into the match, Tranquillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vincent Ånger came free, but Lars-Erik Österberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Tranquillo FC getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Jarl Engström hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Joakim Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tranquillo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Joakim Nilsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tim Öberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tim Öberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarl Engström went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Casper Bruse got free with Lars-Erik Österberg in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. During the 87th minute of the match Joakim Nilsson completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Joakim Nilsson a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Tranquillo FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Joakim Nilsson hit a great ball. If Alvin Målare had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tranquillo FC had played much better football throughout.
