Casper Vallman ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 12th minute Reine Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Oskar Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ludwig Östlund helped the player get up and apologised. The tension between the By kyrkby BF and the IFK Södra Guldheden players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 41 played minutes, By kyrkby BF's Birger Olsmann shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Per-Oskar Sandström came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in By kyrkby BF reached it. If Olov Kullander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reine Vester was the one to do the kick off. Olov Kullander took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Oskar Sandström. Per-Oskar Sandström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Peter Siggman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Eriksson in the 61st minute of play. In the 64th minute Reine Vester shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Per-Oskar Sandström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Arne Bagge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Olov Kullander took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Per-Oskar Sandström. Per-Oskar Sandström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 75th minute, Casper Vallman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Olov Kullander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 77 minutes into the match, Olov Kullander notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of IFK Södra Guldheden's Per-Oskar Sandström. Per-Oskar Sandström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fritz Eriksson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee gave IFK Södra Guldheden a penalty, 91 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Niclas Johnsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of By kyrkby BF's Peter Siggman. 1-4. 94 minutes into the game, Viggo Nyström was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK Södra Guldheden's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave By kyrkby BF the free kick. The supporters of By kyrkby BF booed when IFK Södra Guldheden was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Nyström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Reine Vester in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Per-Oskar Sandström prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Per-Oskar Sandström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Reine Vester's shot from short distance in the 99th minute. By kyrkby BF played a much better game than IFK Södra Guldheden and deserved their victory. The IFK Södra Guldheden players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
