Spectators: 6695 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1695, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Melker Ennegren made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rdth minute of the game Melker Ennegren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Blentarp's Leo Bäckström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Melker Ennegren in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leo Bäckström saved Blentarp from getting behind. Jan-Erik Hult kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, Blentarp's goal looked a bit too open when Arne Edström came free, but Leo Bäckström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Tord Thedin fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Blentarp's protests and gave Tord Thedin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th minute, Tord Thedin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arne Edström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Furusund's Melker Ennegren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leo Bäckström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 20th match minute, Furusund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Söderquist to maneuver through the defense. After 22 minutes, Jan-Erik Hult mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blentarp and the Furusund players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd minute, Jan-Erik Hult hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Bäckström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Edström in the 23rd minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blentarp's goalkeeper Leo Bäckström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Leo Bäckström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Ennegren in the 31st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Blentarp's zone, Melker Ennegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Bäckström came out of the goal and Melker Ennegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Leo Bäckström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Melker Ennegren's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. After 40 played minutes Blentarp got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Hedbom. Furusund's Wiktor Granström couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 41st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Blentarp. Arne Edström struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Leo Bäckström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Furusund. After having played for 47 minutes, Rutger Lundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Furusund's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rutger Lundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kjell Ekman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Blentarp's Leo Bäckström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Blentarp from getting a goal against them. In the 53rd minute, Alfons Hedbom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leo Bäckström had great luck who in the 54thth minute grab hold of the ball when Melker Ennegren from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melker Ennegren in the 56th minute of play forced Blentarp's goalkeeper Leo Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfons Hedbom kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Melker Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Leo Bäckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Blentarp got a freekick which was hit by Alfons Hedbom. If Melker Ennegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melker Ennegren in the 68th minute of play forced Blentarp's goalkeeper Leo Bäckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Blentarp's Leo Bäckström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arne Edström in the 70th minute of play. Melker Ennegren was extremely unlucky when he, in the 73rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Arne Edström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans Tham kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Allan Dahlqvist had to leave the field with a concussion. Wiktor Granström's late challenge caught a Blentarp's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wiktor Granström helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Furusund fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 80th minute. Penalty! Arne Edström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Bäckström having to interfere. Despite being the better team, Furusund failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
